Prime Islami Life Insurance Limited held its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at Sena Gaurav Hall, S.K.A.S. Tower, 7 VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka.
The meeting was chaired by the company’s Board Chairman, Mohammad Akter.
The AGM began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran. During the meeting, the chairman highlighted various activities of the company and expressed gratitude to the shareholders for their continued support.
He said the company remains committed to providing modern and improved services to customers while safeguarding their interests. He also expressed hope that the company would continue to strengthen its services in the future.
Members of the board of directors, shareholders, Chief Executive Officer Md. Samsul Alam, and other senior officials were present at the AGM.
Company Secretary Abul Hasnat Mohammad Shamim conducted the meeting.
