The Premier Bank PLC recently organized a discussion meeting with the members of the Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) at a hotel in Dhaka. The meeting focused on enhancing the quality of Hajj services, modernization of financial services and expansion of business.

Dr. Arifur Rahman, Chairman of The Premier Bank PLC, attended the event as the Chief Guest. The meeting was chaired by the Bank’s Managing Director Md. Monzur Mofiz. Syed Golam Sarwar, President of HAAB and Farid Ahmed Majumder, Secretary General of HAAB attended as Special Guests.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Arifur Rahman reaffirmed the Bank’s commitment to delivering best-in-class banking services to Hajj pilgrims and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with Hajj agencies.

Addressing the gathering, Managing Director Md. Monzur Mofiz highlighted the Bank’s dedicated Hajj service offerings, including the Premier Hajj Card, Digital Banking Solutions, Online Payment Gateway Services, IBAN facilities and other modern banking service offerings.

During the meeting, HAAB Secretary General Farid Ahmed Majumder and President Syed Golam Sarwar highly appreciated Premier Bank’s significant contributions and achievements in Hajj-related financial services. They underscored the importance of strengthening collaboration between the Bank and Hajj agencies to make financial services more accessible, transparent and efficient for Hajj pilgrims.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthening cooperation and using innovative financial solutions to improve the overall Hajj service experience in Bangladesh.
