PM Joins budget session after Malaysia China visits

B Mirror Report: Prime Minister Tarique Rahman on Saturday joined the 16th sitting of the second (budget) session of the 13th Jatiya Sangsad after returning from his first official overseas visits to Malaysia and China.

During the session, lawmakers congratulated the prime minister on the successful completion of the state visits.

Responding to the greetings, Prime Minister Rahman thanked the members of parliament and reaffirmed the government’s commitment to national development, expanding international cooperation, and improving public welfare.

He said the government would continue to strengthen Bangladesh’s international relations and broaden development partnerships while giving the highest priority to the country’s national interests.
