This decision was made following the review and approval of the audited financial statements during the board of directors meeting on May 5. According to sources from the DSE, the company reported earnings of 1 taka 51 paisa per share for the year ending 2024, compared to 1 taka 59 paisa per share in the previous year. As of December 31, 2024, the net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at 32 taka 42 paisa.

The company’s annual general meeting (AGM) is scheduled to take place online on the morning of July 23, with a record date set for June 6.
