The listed company People’s Leasing has reduced its losses by 1 percent in the first nine months (January–September 2025) of the current financial year.
This information was disclosed by sources at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
During the nine-month period, the company recorded a loss per share (LPS) of Tk (9.77), compared to Tk (9.90) in the same period of the previous year. As a result, the loss per share decreased by Tk 0.13, or 1 percent.
Meanwhile, in the third quarter (July–September 2025), the company’s loss per share stood at Tk (3.15), whereas it was Tk (4.17) in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. This represents a reduction of Tk 1.02 per share, or 24 percent.
As of 30 September, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at a negative Tk (152.69).
