The students of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at Notre Dame University Bangladesh (NDUB) recently showcased a diverse range of projects, demonstrating their creativity and innovation. The event, organized in collaboration with the NDUB Computer Club, featured 25 groups presenting their team projects, which ranged from technological advancements to social impact initiatives.
The project exhibition began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday at 12:30 pm in the NDUB Open Space, attended by distinguished guests including Pro-Vice-Chancellor Fr. Charles B. Gordon, CSC, Treasurer Dr. Fr. Subash Adam Pereira, CSC, and Registrar Dr. Fr. Leonard Shankar Rozario, CSC.
The event was further honored by the presence of esteemed department chair Dr. Shaheena Sultana, NDUB Computer Club moderator A. H. M. Saiful Islam, co-moderator Humayra Binte Rashid, and all faculty members of the CSE department. Baizeed Ahmed Bhuiyan from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) also attended as a project judge.
In the afternoon, Pro-Vice-Chancellor Fr. Charles B. Gordon distributed prizes among the winners and emphasized the importance of imagination in driving innovation. Treasurer Dr. Fr. Subash Adam Pereira commended the students for their outstanding innovation. Registrar Dr. Fr. Leonard Shankar Rozario highlighted the future potential of NDUB students.
