MA Kasem, a sponsor of listed National Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank PLC, has completed the sale of 92,000 shares of the bank as previously announced.
According to Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources, Kasem sold the shares through the DSE at the prevailing market price.
The sale was completed in line with a disclosure published on October 4, 2026.
