Mir Akhter’s profit drops by 60 percent

B Mirror Desk : Mir Akhter, a publicly traded company, reported a 60% decline in earnings for the first nine months of the current fiscal year (July 2024–March 2025).
This information was disclosed by company sources.
The company’s earnings per share during the first nine months of the current fiscal year was Tk 1.00. Which was Tk 1.51 in the same period last year. This has lowered the earnings per share by Tk 0.51, or 60%.

Meanwhile, the company’s earnings per share for the third quarter was Tk 0.27. Which was Tk 0.69 in the same period last year. This has lowered the earnings per share by Tk 0.42, or 61%.

The company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) was Tk 50.97 as of March 31.
