An Asset-Liability Management Committee (ALCO) meeting was held at the head office of Janata Bank PLC, chaired by the bank’s Managing Director, Md. Mojibur Rahman. The meeting was attended by Deputy Managing Directors Md. Golam Mortuza, Md. Faiz Alam, Md. Ashraful Alam, General Managers, and relevant Deputy General Managers. During the meeting, Managing Director Md. Mojibur Rahman provided strategic directions based on the current situation, emphasizing on low-interest deposits, auto loans, increasing foreign remittances, recovery and reduction of classified loans, and the collection of written-off loans. Various other necessary instructions were also given.
