Listed Lankabangla Finance plc has declared dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2023. The company will pay a cash dividend of 10 percent per share to investors for the year under review.

The dividend was decided after reviewing and approving the financial report of the completed financial year in the company’s board meeting held on Monday (August 12).

According to sources, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the financial year ended at 70 paise. Last year earnings per share was 21 paise.

At the end of the financial year ended December 31, 2023, the company’s net asset value per share stood at tk18.20 paise.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on September 29. The record date for this has been fixed on September 6.
