United Payra Power Limited (UPPL), a subsidiary of listed Khulna Power Company Limited (UPPL), has declared dividend.

According to sources, the company’s board of directors has reviewed the financial report for the year ended June 30, 2024 and declared a cash dividend of Tk 17 crore 38 lakh 27 thousand 500. That is, the company will pay a cash dividend of 1 taka 50 paise for every 10 taka worth of shares.

Note that 35 percent of United Payra Power is owned by Khulna Power Company.
