BSB Cambrian Education Group is not acquiring listed Khan Brothers PP Oven Bag Industries. The acquisition agreement between the two companies was recently officially cancelled.

It is known that the MoU was signed between Khan Brothers PP Oven Bag Industries and BSB Cambrian Education Group on September 18. BSB Education Group has expressed its intention to acquire the management and business of Khan Brothers in the Memorandum of Understanding. However, due to some undisclosed reason, the contract was officially canceled by Khan Brothers.

However, although the agreement with BSB Cambrian Education Group was cancelled, the company in the textile sector has concluded an agreement with Beacon Group. A new memorandum of understanding was signed with Beacon Group on November 4.

However, the process by which Beacon Group will acquire the company has not been disclosed.

The company disclosed this information through the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).
