The Chairman of Karnafuli Insurance Company Limited, listed in the capital market, has announced the transfer of shares. This information is known from Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) sources.
According to sources, the company’s chairman Nizam Uddin Ahmed will transfer 8 lakh 91 thousand 290 shares to Nizam-Hasina Foundation.
The chairman will hand over the announced shares by October 31.
