Mr. Md. Mojibur Rahman, Managing Director of Janata Bank PLC, inaugurated a 25-day long training program titled “Foundation Course for Officers” at Janata Bank Staff College in Dhaka on Thursday.
The training program, organized by the Staff College, aims to enhance the professional knowledge, skills, and ethical values of newly appointed officers. A total of 50 officers from various branches of Janata Bank PLC are participating in the course.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Mr. Ahmad Mukhlesur Rahman, Deputy General Manager and In-Charge of the Staff College, along with other senior executives and faculty members.
This initiative reflects Janata Bank’s continued commitment to human resource development and excellence in service delivery.
