On Monday, 01 December 2025, a special prayer gathering was organized by the Janata Bank Nationalist Employees’ Union (CBA) praying for the speedy recovery and long life of former Prime Minister and Chairperson of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), Begum Khaleda Zia.
The prayer gathering was held after the Asr prayer at the prayer hall of Janata Bank PLC’s head office. Present at the event were the bank’s Managing Director Md. Mozibur Rahman, Deputy Managing Directors, General Managers, senior executives, President of the Janata Bank Nationalist Employees’ Union Md. Rafiqul Islam, and officers and employees from all levels.
