The board of directors of Intech Limited, a listed company in Bangladesh’s IT sector, has approved the appointment of Badiur Rahman as its new Managing Director (MD).
According to a disclosure on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) website, Rahman’s appointment took effect on November 1.
The decision was made following a board meeting of the company, as part of its effort to strengthen leadership and drive future business growth.
Intech Limited is one of the IT firms listed on the capital market, engaged in technology and communication services.
