Information Services Confirms No Price-Sensitive Information

The company has notified the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) that it is unaware of the cause behind the unusual rise in the share price of Information Services Network Limited, which is listed on the capital market. This information was disclosed by sources from the DSE.

As per the source, the DSE issued a notice on August 19 to inquire about the reason for the unusual increase in the company’s share price. In reply, the company stated that the rise in share price is occurring without any undisclosed price-sensitive information.

Market analysis indicates that on July 4, the company’s share price was 42 taka 10 paisa. By August 19, the share price had risen to 60 taka. Over this period, the share price has increased by 17 taka 90 paisa.

The DSE regards this price surge as abnormal.
