IFIC Bank Promotes Its Officials in Recognition of Professional Excellence

In continuation of recognizing significant contributions to professional efficiency and sustainable growth, IFIC Bank has promoted another 90 officials at various levels.
To mark this occasion, a promotion ceremony titled “Celebrating Career Progression” was held on Sunday, August 3, 2025, at the IFIC Tower in the capital. Held in a hybrid format, the ceremony was attended by the bank’s Managing Director, Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa, along with members of the Senior Management Team, who directly handed over promotion letters in person to 16 officials. The remaining 74 promoted officials from different branches and sub-branches across the country received their promotion letters virtually.
In his speech at the event, Mr. Syed Mansur Mustafa extended heartfelt congratulations to the promoted officials and said, “The driving force behind IFIC Bank’s progress is our people. It is the committed, dedicated, and capable employees who are propelling our institution forward. Recognition of talent and achievement not only fosters a sense of personal accomplishment but also helps build a collaborative and motivating work environment, which strengthens the path for our future journey.”
It is worth noting that in 2025, IFIC Bank PLC promoted a total of 662 officials across various levels.
