IFIC Bank Promotes 74 Officials at various levels in Recognition of Professional Excellence.

In recognition of significant contributions to the Bank’s sustainable growth and continued progress, IFIC Bank PLC has promoted 74 officers across various levels. These promotions were granted as a mark of appreciation for the officers’ professional competence, dedication, and sense of responsibility.

On Thursday, 01 January 2026, IFIC Tower in Dhaka hosted a promotion ceremony titled ‘Celebrating Career Progression.’ Held in a hybrid format, the ceremony was attended by the Managing Director of IFIC Bank, Mr. Sayed Mansur Mustafa, and members of the senior management team, who personally handed over promotion letters to 29 officers. Additionally, promotion letters were virtually presented to 45 officers from various branches, sub-branches, and Oman Exchange LLC. Speaking at the event, Mr. Sayed Mansur Mustafa extended his heartfelt congratulations to the promoted officers and said, “Skilled and motivated human resources are the key driving force behind the bank’s progress. We are confident that the promoted officers will continue to contribute positively to the bank’s success and customer service through even greater responsibilities in the future.”
