The Ibn Sina Pharmaceutical Industry PLC has decided to purchase a 24,321-square-foot commercial space in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, at a cost of Tk 57.43 crore as part of its business expansion plans.
The decision was approved at the company’s 342nd meeting of the board of directors held on September 30, 2026, according to information disclosed through the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Thursday.
According to the company, the commercial space is located at Concord Lily Heights on Plot No. 8 of Road No. 16 (formerly Road No. 27) in Dhanmondi Residential Area.
The purchase price of the 24,321-square-foot space has been set at Tk 57,43,01,158, excluding registration fees and other related charges. The company said the acquisition is part of its efforts to expand its operations.
