CVO Petrochemical Refinery Limited, a listed company, has resumed regular production operations from today, October 1, following the successful completion of emergency maintenance work at its plant.
The information was disclosed through the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) on Thursday.
According to the disclosure, the company successfully completed the emergency maintenance work at its factory on September 30. Following the completion of the maintenance, the company decided to restart the plant and resume regular operations from October 1.
Earlier, on September 7, CVO Petrochemical had informed the DSE that its production operations would be temporarily suspended due to the need for emergency maintenance at the factory.
At the time, the company said production would resume after completion of the necessary maintenance work.
The latest disclosure said the maintenance was completed within the scheduled timeframe, allowing the company to restart regular operations from the following day.
CVO Petrochemical Refinery is engaged in petroleum product refining and related production activities. The company said its operations have returned to normal following the temporary production suspension for maintenance.
