Listed engineering-sector company GPH Ispat Limited has declared a dividend for the financial year ending June 30, 2025. The company will distribute a 5% cash dividend to its general shareholders. The sponsors and directors will not take any dividend.
The decision was made at a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Monday (December 1), after reviewing and approving the audited financial statements for the latest fiscal year, according to company sources.
According to the information, the company incurred a loss of Tk 0.51 per share in the latest year, compared with an earnings per share of Tk 1.77 in the previous year.
Last year, the company’s cash flow per share was Tk 5.78, compared to Tk 9.89 in the prior year.
As of June 30, 2025, the company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 51.72.
The company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on December 31 at 11 a.m. on a digital platform. The record date has been set for December 23.
