FSIB holds HR and Business Development Meeting in Chattogram

First Security Islami Bank PLC (FSIB) recently arranged a meeting on ‘Human Resources and Business Development 2025’ for branches and sub-branches of Chattogram region at Shaheen Golf and Country Club auditorium, Chattogram. Mohammad Abdul Mannan, Chairman of the bank addressed the function as Chief Guest. Abu Reza Md. Yeahia, Managing Director (Current Charge) presided over the meeting while Md. Sirajul Islam, Deputy Managing Director, Mizanur Rahman, Head of Investment Monitoring and Recovery Division, Mohammad Rokan Uddin, EVP of FSIB Training and Research Academy, Ahmed Ashique Raazi, Zonal Head, Chattogram South and Md. Khairul Hasan CSAA, Head of PABCD were present. Mohammed Mostafa, Zonal Head, Chattogram North delivered the welcome speech in the meeting. A total of 138 participants including 36 Managers, 36 Manager Operations, 30 Sub-Branch In-Charges, Executives and officials of Chattogram region attended the day long program.

The performances of the branches and sub-branches were reviewed during the meeting and were advised to take effective measures regarding Customer Service Development, Deposit Mobilization, Bad Investment Recovery, Human Resources Development and Business Development. However, the executives and officials of the bank were appreciated for opening 10 lac accounts, mobilizing fresh deposit of Taka 3 thousand 8 hundred crore, recovery of bad investment of Taka 3 thousand crore and finally regaining resilience in overall activity of the bank.
