BM Desk: Bangladeshi expatriates sent about $199 crore (about Tk 24,278 crore) in the first 21 days of June.
According to the most recent data from Bangladesh Bank released on Sunday, June 22, the country received an average of about $9.50 crore daily.
Compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year 2023-24, when expatriates remitted $23.28 billion, remittance inflows climbed by 26.07 percent from July to June 21 of the current fiscal year 2024-25.
