DSE, CSE to Remain Closed on Wednesday

Trading on the capital market will remain closed on Wednesday (31 December) due to a bank holiday. As a result, no transactions will take place at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE).

Relevant sources confirmed the information.

According to the sources, Wednesday (31 December) is a bank holiday, and therefore all banking transactions will remain suspended. As banking activities will be closed, trading in the stock market will also remain suspended on that day.

Trading on the stock market will resume as usual from Thursday (1 January).
