This week (11-15 August) board of directors and trustee meeting of 8 companies listed in the stock market will be held. This information is known from DSE and Lankabangla sources.
The meeting will review the audited and unaudited financial reports of the companies and publish the dividend and EPS.
The institutions are – Fareast Finance, Lankabangla Finance, Janata Insurance, Padma Life, Grameen-Scheme 2, and SMESLIBBL Shariah Fund.
Among the institutions, FarEast Finance and Lankabangla Finance will declare a dividend for the fiscal year 31 December 2023.
On the other hand, Grameen-Scheme 2 and SMESLIBBL Shariah Fund will declare dividends on the 30 June 2024 financial year.
Besides, Padma Life, Fareast Finance, Lankabangla Finance, and Janata Insurance will review quarterly reports and publish EPS and EPO.
Board meeting of First Finance and Janata Insurance will be held on August 11, Lankabangla Finance on August 12, Padma Life board meeting and Grameen Scheme-II trustee meeting on August 13, and SMESLIBBL Shariah Fund trustee meeting on August 14.
