Dhaka Bank PLC, a listed company on the stock exchange, has declared a 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2025, according to company sources.

For the reported year, the bank posted consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 2.65, a significant increase from Tk 1.21 in the previous year.

The company also reported a strong improvement in its net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS), which stood at Tk 21.29, compared to a negative Tk 17.64 in the same period a year earlier.

As of December 31, 2025, the bank’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) was Tk 23.64.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to be held on June 25 at 12:30 pm, while the record date has been fixed for May 18.
