Community Bank Sings agreement with West Zone Power Distribution Company LTD. to collect Electricity Bill
A three-year agreement has been signed between Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. and West Zone Power Distribution Company Limited to collect all types of electricity bills in the western region. The agreement was signed between the two organizations recently at the Khulna Club.
The agreement was signed between Mr. Md. Azizur Rahman, General Manager of Finance Department of West Zone Power Distribution Company and Mr. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge) of Community Bank.
Representing Community Bank Bangladesh PLC and WZPDCL were- Mr. Md. Abdul Khaleque, (DGM Finance); Mr. Shahin Akter Pervin, (Superintendent Engineer Commercial); Mr. Ruhul Amin ( Executive Engineer and Company Secretary); Mr. Mohammad Afser Hasan (Manager Accounts); Mr. Md. Moktar Hassain (Deputy Manager Finance); Mr. Sazol Kumar Roy (Assistant Manager Accounts); Mr. Robiul Islam (Assistant Manager Accounts); Mr. Hedayet Islam (Assistant Engineer Commercial); Dr. Md. Ariful Islam, Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Business (Branch), Community Bank Bangladesh PLC.; Mr. Md. Mamun ur Rahman, Head of ADC & Head of MD’s Coordination Team, Community Bank Bangladesh PLC.; Mr. Md. Roqonuzzaman, Khulna Branch Manager and others.
According to the agreement, Community Bank was once again given the responsibility of collecting prepaid and postpaid electricity bills in the western region for the next 3 years.
