Community Bank Holds Annual Business Conference 2026

Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. organized its Annual Business Conference 2026 at the BURO Institute of Innovation and Development (BIID), Tangail, bringing together the Bank’s Senior Management, Functional Heads, Branch and Relationship Managers to chart the Bank’s strategic roadmap for 2026 under the theme “Align, Accelerate, Achieve.”

The conference was led by Mr. Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge), who commended the Bank’s exceptional performance in 2025 across key financial indicators, reflecting strong momentum, disciplined execution, and growing customer confidence.

In his keynote address, Mr. Saddat emphasized sustaining the growth trajectory through sharper execution, responsible risk management, superior customer experience, and stronger accountability across all business verticals. He urged leaders to focus on quality growth of portfolio, faster turnaround, and deeper market engagement to further strengthen the Bank’s competitive market position.

The conference brought together the Senior Management Team and frontline executives to review the Bank’s strong achievements in 2025, deliberate on the 2026 budget, and jointly set ambitious priorities for the year reinforcing a culture of accountability and performance excellence.

The event reaffirmed Community Bank’s commitment to strengthening governance, enhancing operational excellence, and delivering long-term value for customers, shareholders, and stakeholders.
