Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. organized a special program marking International Women’s Day, bringing together female employees of the bank working in and around Dhaka.

The program was held at the head office of Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. in Dhaka under the theme “Give to Gain.” Female officials and employees from different branches and offices participated in the event.

On the occasion, Managing Director (Current Charge) Kimiwa Saddat delivered a greeting message, expressing appreciation for the dedication and contributions of women employees in the organization.

In his message, he said that the women of the bank represent the quiet strength behind the institution’s progress and serve as a guiding light for its future. He noted that through their dedication, compassion and courage, women employees add deeper meaning to the bank’s work and bring humanity to its services.

He further mentioned that women’s presence in the workplace does more than fulfill roles; it shapes organizational culture, builds trust and inspires excellence across the institution.

Expressing optimism about the future, Kimiwa Saddat said the voices, ideas and leadership of women within the bank will shine even brighter in the days ahead. He added that when women grow, take initiative and lead with confidence, the institution gains resilience, innovation and purpose.

Highlighting the importance of a supportive environment, he also stated that the bank’s Human Resources team remains committed to protecting dignity, ensuring fairness and maintaining a safe and respectful workplace where every woman can thrive without fear or hesitation.

He concluded by encouraging everyone to continue offering encouragement, opportunity and belief to women, noting that doing so will strengthen the organization and help build a more hopeful future.
