Closed factory of Global Heavy Chemicals has returned to production.

Capital Bazar-listed Global Heavy Chemicals factory located at Hasnabad in Keraniganj of the capital has started production after a temporary shutdown. However, the company said that it has started production activities on a small scale.

On Thursday (October 31), this information was revealed by the Dhaka Stock Exchange. Before this, the temporary closure of the factory was announced on October 15.

According to the company’s website of DSE, small-scale production operations have been started in some units from October 31 today. However, gas supply is not connected with this activity.

The company also said that the workers and staff who have left their jobs due to the temporary closure of the factory; All salaries and allowances have been paid to them as per labor laws.

Note that Global Heavy Chemicals listed in DSE in 2013 is currently in ‘B’ category. The total number of shares of the company is 7 crore 2 million.
