On the sixth working day, the main stock market of the country, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), is trading at low speed. In the first two hours of trading on this day, the main index fell by points.
According to sources, on Thursday (October 31), two hours after the start of DSE trading, i.e. till 12 noon, the main index of DSE or ‘DSEX’ is down by 9.31 points at 5 thousand 155 points.
Along with the main index, the Shariah index or ‘DSES’ has decreased by 2.08 points and the ‘DS-30’ index has decreased by 2.88 points at 1134 and 1912 points respectively.
A total of 287 crore 88 lakh shares and units were traded in DSE during the discussion period.
Among the traded companies, the share prices of 173 companies increased, 181 companies decreased and 41 companies remained unchanged.
