The Chief Advisor said, I am happy to know that ‘Great May Day-2025’ is being celebrated with due dignity across the country to express solidarity with the working people of the world. The dignity of workers and labor gained global recognition through the bloody struggle of workers in the Hay Market of Chicago, USA, on May 1, 1886, in order to achieve 8-hour daily labor, fair wages and the dignity of labor. This day is not just an ordinary day, but a source of inspiration for the movement and struggle to achieve the rights of working people. I pay my humble respects and gratitude to those who sacrificed their lives for the rights of workers.

He added that we are commemorating “National Occupational Health and Safety Day-2025” in addition to the wonderful May Day. We are dedicated to making sure that workers receive just compensation and social protection.
