The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has approved the appointment of two independent directors to Rangpur Foundry Limited, a company listed on the stock market.
According to information from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE),
BSEC has approved the appointment of Abu Taher Chowdhury and Jakia Sultana as independent directors of the company.
The appointments will receive final approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
