The 548th meeting of the Board of Directors of NCC Bank PLC was held at the Bank’s Head Office Board Room recently. Alhaj Md. Nurun Newaz, Chairman of NCC Bank, presided over the meeting while Vice-Chairman Abdus Salam, Director & Past Chairman Amjadul Ferdous Chowdhury, Director & Past Vice-Chairman Tanzina Ali, Director Syed Asif Nizamuddin, Past Vice-Chairman & Chairman of the Executive Committee Khairul Alam Chaklader, Directors Mohammed Sazzad Un Newaz, Shamima Newaz, Morshedul Alam Chaklader, Nahid Banu, Independent Director Meer Sajed-Ul-Basher, FCA, and Independent Director & Chairman of the Audit Committee Md. Amirul Islam, FCS, FCA were also present at the meeting. From the Management, Managing Director M. Shamsul Arefin, Additional Managing Director M. Khurshed Alam, Deputy Managing Directors Md. Zakir Anam, Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, Md. Monirul Alam (Company Secretary) & Md. Habibur Rahman, and Md. Nazrul Islam Chowdhury, FCS (Board Division) also attended the meeting.
During the session, the Board discussed and approved various loan proposals along with other important policy and operational matters related to the Bank’s ongoing business activities and strategic plans.
