Jamuna Bank: The board meeting of the bank will be held on Thursday at 4 pm. The meeting will approve the unaudited financial report for the third quarter (July-September) of the current financial year 2024.
Jamuna Bank’s consolidated EPS for the first half of the current financial year 2024 (January-June) was Tk 3.79 paise.
Apex Food: The board meeting of the company will be held on Thursday at 3:30 pm. The meeting will approve the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 as well as declare the dividend to the investors.
The company had earlier announced 20 percent cash dividend to investors for the financial year ended 2022-23.
Apex Spinning: The board meeting of the company will be held next Thursday at 3 pm. The meeting will approve the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 as well as declare the dividend to the investors.

Lavello: The board meeting of the company will be held next Thursday at 3:30 p.m. The meeting will approve the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 as well as declare the dividend to the investors.

Saif Powertech: The board meeting of the company will be held tomorrow at 3 pm. The meeting will approve the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2023 as well as declare the dividend for the investors.
According to the latest unaudited financial report, Saif Powertech’s earnings per share (EPS) for the first half (July-December) of the financial year ended 2022-23 stood at 34 paisa.
DESCO: The board meeting of the company will be held tomorrow at 3 pm. The meeting will approve the audited financial report for the financial year ended June 30, 2024 as well as declare the dividend to the investors.
In the first three quarters (July-March) of the last completed financial year 2023-24, DESCO posted a loss of Tk. 6.81 paisa per share.
BGIC: The board meeting of the company will be held on Thursday at 2:30 pm. The meeting will approve the unaudited financial report for the third quarter of the current financial year 2024.
DBH Finance: The board meeting of the company will be held on Thursday at 3:30 pm. The meeting will approve the unaudited financial report for the third quarter of the current 2024 financial year.
