The Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) hosted a half-day seminar titled “Automation to Handle Customer Complaints in Banks: Current Status, Clients’ Satisfaction, and Challenges” on Tuesday at the BIBM Auditorium.
Kazi Sayedur Rahman, Chairman of the BIBM Executive Committee and Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank, graced the seminar as the chief guest, according to a press release.
Associate Professor Shihab Uddin Khan, Director (Research, Development & Consultancy) of BIBM, delivered the welcome address, while Director General Akhtaruzzaman of BIBM chaired the program.
The keynote paper titled “Automation to Handle Customer Complaints in Banks: Current Status, Clients’ Satisfaction, and Challenges” was presented by Mahbubur Rahman Alam, an Associate Professor of BIBM.
Other members of the research team included Shamsun Nahar Momotaz, Associate Professor of BIBM; Zahid-Ul Haque, Regional Commercial Director (Bangladesh & Nepal), TRECCERT, Germany; and Field CISO (South Asia), GuardYoo, Ireland.
