Capital market listed Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited has declared dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2024. The company will pay 500 percent cash dividend to shareholders for the year under review.

The decision regarding the dividend was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report for the financial year ended at the meeting of the company’s board of directors held on Saturday (July 27).

It is known that the company’s consolidated earnings per share (Consolidated EPS) in the last year has been 69 taka 92 paisa. The company’s consolidated EPS was Rs 64.91 paise in the previous year.

The company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) as on March 31, 2024 was Tk 309 53 paise.

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on October 2. The record date for this has been fixed on August 18.
