The venue of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bay-Leasing and Investment Limited, a listed financial sector company, has been changed. The AGM of the company to be held on August 28 will be held at Ramner Institute of Engineers.

According to sources, the upcoming AGM of the company will be held on the hybrid system. In addition to participating virtually, investors can participate in person. Initially the company had selected IDEB Bhawan in Kakrail as VANU for incorporation but due to unavoidable reasons it was changed to Ramner Institute of Engineers.
