The board of directors of the listed British American Tobacco (Bangladesh) Company (BATBC) has decided to purchase laser jet printers at a cost of about Tk 250 million. This information was revealed by DSE sources.
The decision was approved at the company’s board of directors meeting on Monday (February 24).
According to the source, the company will install laser jet printers in 36 SMD packing lines at its Dhaka and Savar factories. For which the estimated cost has been estimated at Tk 249 million. Where the price of the printer has been estimated at Tk 145.5 million and the cost of its installation has been estimated at Tk 103.5 million.
This cost will be borne from internal sources and bank financing based on the company’s cash flow.
