The Managing Director (MD) of Bank Asia PLC, a publicly listed company, has completed the purchase of shares. According to information from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), MD Sohel Reza Khaled Hossain has purchased 100,000 shares of the company from the public market at the prevailing market price.
He had earlier announced his intention to buy the shares on September 8.
