The board of directors of listed Apex Foods has declared a cash dividend of 20 per cent on the business for the financial year 2023-24 for the shareholders.

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for that fiscal year was Tk.5.66 paisa. And on June 30, the net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 127.82 paisa.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Apex Foods will be held on December 7 for the approval of the shareholders along with the dividend declared and other issues. November 7 has been selected as the record date for shareholder determination.
