Mrinal Tangail Correspondent: A meeting to review annual progress and formulate an action plan for village court activities took place in Tangail. This coordination meeting occurred on Thursday, September 11, in the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, as part of the 3rd phase of the project “Activating Village Courts in Bangladesh,” which is organized by the district administration under the Local Government Division of the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives. The meeting was chaired by Tangail Deputy Director Md. Shihab Raihan, with Tangail Deputy Commissioner Sharifa Haque attending as the chief guest.

In attendance were also Tangail Sadar Upazila Executive Officer Nahida Akhter, the District Manager, all Upazila Coordinators from the district, as well as the Chairman/Acting Chairman and Panel Chairman of 120 Unions.
