Listed company Aman Feed Limited has officially changed its name to Aman Feed PLC, following approval from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) PLC.
The decision was confirmed by DSE sources, who stated that the proposal to rename the company was approved in accordance with regulatory procedures. The name change will come into effect on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
Despite the change in name, all other operations and aspects of the company will remain unchanged, according to the DSE.
Aman Feed, a key player in the country’s feed manufacturing sector, remains a publicly traded company under its new name. The update aligns with a broader trend of companies transitioning to the “PLC” (Public Limited Company) designation, reflecting compliance with updated corporate structuring norms.
