Listed company Aman Cotton Fibers Limited has declared dividend for the financial year ended on June 30, 2024. The company will pay 10 percent cash dividend to common shareholders for the year under review.
The decision was taken after reviewing and approving the audited financial report for the latest financial year at the company’s board meeting held on Monday (October 28).
The company posted a loss of 25 paisa per share in the last financial year. The previous year the loss was 94 paisa.
As on June 30, 2024, the company’s net asset value per share was Tk. 33.74 paisa.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 30 through the digital platform. The record date for this has been fixed on November 27.
