School Banking Conference held at Bagerhat with the aim of inculcating the tendency of savings among students. Under the guidance of Bangladesh Bank and the initiative of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC, students of 20 institutions participated in the occasion.
Under the leadership of Al-Arafah Islami Bank, a day-long conference was held on Saturday, at Bagerhat District Parishad Auditorium with the participation 20 Scheduled Banks of the District.
Bangladesh Bank Executive Director Husne Ara Shikha was present as Chief Guest at the Conference. Presided by AIB Deputy Managing Director Fazlur Rahman Chowdury Bangladesh Bank Joint Director Jahangir Alam, Sonali Bank DGM Sukumar Roy, Janata Bank DGM Mofizul Islam, Krishi Bank DGM Devdas Sarkar and Agrani Bank AGM Vipul Mandal were present in the event.
