Agrani Bank PLC has signed an agreement with Millennium Information Solution Limited to enhance the capacity of its existing Islamic banking software through the implementation of the modern, feature-rich core banking software Anabil NG.

The agreement signing ceremony was held on Tuesday, 20 January 2026, in the boardroom of the bank’s head office. Agrani Bank Managing Director Md. Anwarul Islam and Millennium Information Solution Limited Managing Director & CEO Mahmud Hossain, along with senior executives and officials from both organizations, were present at the event.

Under this agreement, Agrani Bank PLC’s Islamic banking operations will be significantly expanded through its Islamic Banking Window Expansion Program. As a result, Islamic banking activities will increase substantially, extending services from the existing 60 windows to all branches across the country, while further enhancing the quality of customer service.
