Agrani Bank PLC has inaugurated a 30-working-day “Foundation Course for Probationary Officers” for officers from its 102nd and 103rd batches.
The opening ceremony was held on October 7, 2026, at the Agrani Bank Training, Research and Development Institute (ABTI), organised by the bank’s HR Training, Research and Development Division.
The course will continue from October 7 to November 19, 2026, with 75 officers from different parts of the country participating in the training.
Agrani Bank’s Managing Director (current charge) Parshuram Alam attended the programme as the chief guest. Deputy Managing Director Rubana Parvin attended as the special guest, while General Manager (HRP&DD) Md Jalal Uddin was present as the guest of honour.
Farzana Begum, Deputy General Manager and Director of ABTI, presided over the programme.
In his speech, Parshuram Alam emphasised the importance of enhancing the professional knowledge and skills of probationary officers and working with honesty, integrity and responsibility in the bank’s operations. He urged the trainees to properly apply the knowledge gained through the training in their future professional careers. Farzana Begum delivered the vote of thanks at the event.
