A 10-day Development of Leadership Quality of Branch Management training workshop, organised by the Agrani Bank Training Institute (ABTI), has begun. The training course was inaugurated on Sunday, 18 January 2026, by Rubana Parveen, Deputy Managing Director of Agrani Bank PLC, as the chief guest.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by Md Jalal Uddin, General Manager (Administration), as a special guest. The workshop is being held under the chairmanship of Farzana Begum, Director and Deputy General Manager of ABTI.
A total of 42 officials from the bank’s head office, circles, regions, and various branches are participating in the training programme.
