AGM of Aramit postpone due to unavoidable circumstances

B Mirror Repot: Aramit Limited has postponed its Annual General Meeting (AGM), according to information from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

The company stated that the AGM, which was previously scheduled to be held on April 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM via a virtual platform following an earlier announcement made on March 2, 2026, has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.

The company further said that the new date and time for the AGM will be announced later.

It is noted that Aramit Limited declared a 10% cash dividend for shareholders for the financial year ended June 30, 2025. For the same period, the company reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk 1.75, compared to Tk 2.09 in the previous year.

The company’s net operating cash flow per share (NOCFPS) stood at Tk 18.95, a significant improvement from a negative Tk 3.65 in the previous year. As of June 30, 2025, the net asset value per share (NAVPS) of the company was Tk 128.67.
